From the Manga Homunculus

Manabu Ito, a rich 22 year old medical student, considers himself an “invisible man” after wearing womens clothes he begins to claim his own identity, whether he identifies as female or male is not explained.

Homunculus explores the idea of identity and it is suggested the main character may have Gender issues this is why he notices Manabu’s troubles as he see’s his own troubles reflected in him. as seen here and when the main character put’s on Manabu’s makeup only then does he begin to solidify I love this character deeply.

Commander Ambrose in Poison Study

Spoiler Alert: Commander Ambrose was born female with the name Ambrosia, but with the strongest conviction that he should have been born male. This is a minor storyline, and in an alternate universe so the term transgender doesn’t exist and isn’t used, but the Commander now presents as male and leads the country. And only a handful know that he is trans*. An most of them are dead. Anyway, he’s trans*. But hasn’t been on hormones because they don’t exist in this AU. And when I re-read it, there are actually hints hidden throughout the whole story. Ignore my rambling ;). Ash.

When Kathy Is Keith

It’s about a trans boy named Keith. It’s by a psychologist who works with trans* kids.

Trans in Texas

hey I’m Roe! I’m still pretty new to transitioning so I don’t really know what I’m doing yet except for the basics. If you have any info on how everything works for transitioning in Texas that’d be a big help but other than that I recently made this blog to use as a source and openly talk about everything since I’m not too out just yet and to document my progress so I’m really looking for other transguys to communicate with :)

I’ve sort of made a successor blog though - Fuck Yeah Trans* Characters. It’s more of a traditional archive where I reblog and post a lot of fictional trans* related stuff.

I’m thinking of closing this blog for a while.. Or something.

I haven’t gotten any submissions in a while and I don’t feel like writing anything myself.
